I have a white teddybear hamster, and I was watching her while she ate and stuff in her cage, and I saw a little nat flying around.Of course, being the freak I am, got all worried and wondered if she'd be okay. If she eats it, will she be alright? And also, if it lands on her, will it do anything to her? I'm so worried :-(

she'll be just fine. you're very protective of your hamster aren't you? me too! i love my happy hammy! :)
you might want to check her food those bugs get in there sometimes. but as for harming her i dont think so. if she eats it wouldn't it be like protein
well, if it gets in it's food and she eats it, well...kind of like pigeons and stuff flies carry diseases so if it eats it..well it might get a serious disease and you might have to take it to the vet and buy antibiotics. try and get the gnat out of there.
i would try to get rid of it before it lays eggs. i think she will be fine but if she gets bit and has her reaction then take her to the vet. im sure she'll be fine
make sure the cage and bedding is clean (change the bedding regularly) so that insects and whatever will keep out of it.
You might want to freeze the food for 24 hours that should kill the bugs.
Freeze the food for a day.
And if theres bugs in there, they will die.
And change the cage.
