My sweet guinea pig has blood all over his butt. Ok, obove his butt is his penis, and then below it there is always blood. And He always has watery eyes and is always tired. I love my baby and if he dies I don't get a new guinea pig, please help me. Can you tell me what you think it is, how you think it happened, and how you think I can help cure it. You answer, you save my poor guinea pig's life. Please ;(

You really need to place him in a box or travel cage lined with tissues or something soft like a towel and take him to the vet now.
This happened to my very first guinea pig. Although she was a female. Her name was Terrela and she was only about 11 months old.
Well, she was bleeding on her privates %26 she ended having a tumor in her female organs. So, I had to put her to sleep.

Yes, take your piggie to an emergency vet. The only help you can get online is people's personal experiences since most of us aren't vets and can't see your pig anyways.
Could be a scratch, tumor, could be anything.harmless or life-threatening, but get it checked out.
Most common cause is bladder stones. They can cause obstruction of urine. They are painful, and are very serious. You really need to get him to a veterinarian who is experienced with guinea pig medicine...he may need xrays and medications to help treat. Sometimes surgery is necessary.

I definately agree that you need to get to a vet ASAP. I agree that bladder stones are a possibility. Usually surgery is needed for these. However, HOPEFULLY it is only a Urinary Tract Infection which is treatable by antibiotics.
**Since your pig is a male, he will not have the "reproductive" problems that the first answerer suggested. Ovarian cysts do occur in female pigs. Most of the time they are removable by surgery.
This happened to about 3 of my guineas. It is bad... you can't help it... you're going to have to put him down.
If you ever decide to get a new pet, you HAVE to throw away EVERYTHING. The cage, water bottles, toys, EVERYTHING. Or your new guinea will get it too.
You are not alone! My little man was having bloody urine, (can appear as though it is related to the 'butt'). I took him to the vet, and a course of antibiotics, (Bactrim) and he is fine. The vet did an ultra sound on his belly, and found no abnormalities-they need to do this to look for stones. The vet also took a urine sample from him and cultured it. This is quite expensive, upwards to $200.! Some vets will work out a payment plan with you, ask if needed. The antibiotics only cost $6.. I also gave him an extra sippy tube of dilute organic cranberry juice. This can be found at a herbal store, it can't have sugar added to it. I really watch what he eats, and his bedding now. When you have a male, all sorts of stuff can get caught in his foreskin. Check his penis when you hold him. If he is a long hair, trim the hair around his penis. This was my experience, and yours can be completely different, but I hope this helps you. A sick piggy doesn't automatically mean that you have to 'put him down', but it will require effort and commitment on your behalf. The antibiotics must be given via syringe twice daily. Your pig will not like it at first, but he may start to look forward to it as a treat. My pig got his meds. every morning and night for 14 days. It was bubblegum flavored, so it was kind of a treat. okay this will sound stupid...but are you shure that it is a boy...when i first got mine they said it was a boy...but then i found blood on my piggie and in its cage...to later find out that my piggie was not a boy but a girl and she was having a misscarrage...it was awful...i felt horrible and blamed it on myself...there is a verry small chance that this is what is wrong with your piggie bu anything is possible...hope your little friend gets better...good luck!
