no, in order to get any female animal pregnet it needs to have a male spirm cell, other wise don't worry about it, you can have to female dwarf hamsters together as long as they are sisters, but only dwarf hamsters can be put together.

No... a male you think is a female can mate with a female, though.
By the way if they're syrian (big) hamsters, they should be seperate, as they're solitary creatures.
If you have 2 dwarfs together, they may just be looking like they're mating while asserting dominance. This behaviour should calm down, but it'll always happen ocassionally.
