I put two Female mice in the same cage. I was only aloud to have two from the feeders for my snakes. If they are the same sex, how come one got Pregnant?

Everyone is going to tell you one was a boy because that is the only answer. You and the other people who checked made a mistake. Otherwise take it to a vet to check and then tou and your mice will be on the news...
Most likely one of the females was already pregnant when you put her in there, whether bought from a store or gotten from somewhere or someone else. When mice are pregnant at first you can't tell at all. Either that or you are wrong about what sex they are.
maybe it was already pregnant when u got it or one was a boy and u didnt know
Cause they were sexed wrong and they both aren't females would be my guess... unless one was already preggers before you got them... But my guess is they were sexed incorrect and one is a male the other a female.

Yeah...she was probably pregnant when you bought her. It really is nearly impossible to tell early on. And if one of them is male, you can tell. You can see their...balls. lol

its hard to miss male rodent genitalia...so if there were no huge bumps at the tail end of one, then the one female was preggers when you got her.
Okay this is why one of them must be a male.
