I found a mouse in my house that doesnt look like the other ones i've found. It has a pointier nose, squinty eyes, and its darker in color. Does anybody know what kind of mouse this is?

Since you've caught mice before I'm guessing that you are very familiar as to what mice look like. For this one to look so different.....
......I'm thinking that you may have caught a common shrew.

This shrew has a muzzle much longer then a mouse's muzzle, they have squinty little eyes no bigger then the head of a pin, and their coloring can be dark grey.
I've caught a few shrews in my kidhood :)
A mole? You would have had to dig it out of it's earthen burrow as moles live underground, only coming out for nocternal foreys above ground. Once you've seen what a mole looks like I think you'll agree that they don't look, or act, anything like a mouse. I don't think you would find a mole in your house? Baby moles are pink, hairless, and helpless.

all mice... when they are happy they close their eyes partly and when excited or afraid their eyes bug out. all mice have pointy noses... this mouse is probably wild if it is a brownish grey color.
a baby mole?
