My friend is allergic to fur. So I want to get him a hairless small animal like a hamster or something like that. heellp

Are you sure your friend wouldn't be happier with a *naturally* hairless companion, like a turtle? Also, please take the advice of the person who suggests taking your friend to pick his pet instead of surprising him with it.
Hairless rats are very charming but it's not good to keep one rat by itself, they're social animals %26 need companionship of their own kind. Also, if 1 hat is hairless, the other rat should be furry so the hairless guy has a warm body to snuggle with. Our hairless is great friends with her furry cage-mate.
I've heard that there are hairless guinea pigs but have never seen one %26 don't know if they have special requirements. Hairless cats or dogs can be expensive %26 again may have certain requirements to ensure their health %26 comfort. I think hairless cats are beautiful but have no personal experience with them.
