What age can a guinea pig leave mum?

Answers:
The female guinea-pigs can live with the mother for as long as you want, but you have to take the male guinea-pigs out at about 3 - 4 weeks otherwise they will make their own mum pregnant agian NOT good!!
it can leave its mum at 8 week of age as long as its eating food and is able to survive on its own..
3 or 4 weeks old. Females can stay with mum forever but males have to be removed by 5 weeks - otherwise mother and siblings may be impregnated.
8 weeks as along it can eat regular food and learmd to drink form a water bottle od water dish
14 to 21 days
3 or 4 weeks old. Females can stay with mum forever but males have to be removed
Where do these people come up with 8 weeks old?? Male babies are sexually mature at 3-4 weeks so it is safest to remove them at 3 weeks.
Baby pigs eat solid food on the day they are born but nurse from their mama for some nutrition and hydration. By 3 weeks they have already learned how to drink from the water bottle by watching their mama so it is safe to take them away. They protest a bit, but not because they "need" their mama anymore.
The female babies don't sexually mature until 5-6 weeks old-ish but if they have brothers they need to be separated from their brothers when they are 3 weeks old.
well i got my baby guinea pig at 3 days old she was eating normal guinea food by than. because of her age she bonded very quickly with me.
It can leave mum at 3 - 4 weeks as long as it is eating out of a food dish and drinking out of a water bottle or water dish.
